Accessing Community Settings
Click on "Community" tab at the top
Select "Community Settings"
Click on "Manage User Accounts"
Understanding User Status
Inactive Users: Users added to the platform but haven't been invited yet
Invited Users: Users who have been sent an invitation to their email
Active Users: Users who have logged into the system at least once
Inviting Users
Select all users or choose a specific number to display
Click on "Select All"
Click on "Invite Users"
Sending Invitation Email
Users will receive an email with links to download the new app
Instructions to log into the v4 platform will be provided in the email
Tracking Invited and Active Users
View the list of invited users
Check the list of active users on the next page
