1. Accessing Community Settings

    • Click on "Community" tab at the top

    • Select "Community Settings"

    • Click on "Manage User Accounts"

  2. Understanding User Status

    • Inactive Users: Users added to the platform but haven't been invited yet

    • Invited Users: Users who have been sent an invitation to their email

    • Active Users: Users who have logged into the system at least once

  3. Inviting Users

    • Select all users or choose a specific number to display

    • Click on "Select All"

    • Click on "Invite Users"

  4. Sending Invitation Email

    • Users will receive an email with links to download the new app

    • Instructions to log into the v4 platform will be provided in the email

  5. Tracking Invited and Active Users

    • View the list of invited users

    • Check the list of active users on the next page
