In this video we guide you through managing your day using the calendar feature. Learn how to track maintenance events, resident amenity bookings, set reminders, and customise your view. Take control by updating maintenance event statuses, moving maintenance events, approving/rejecting amenity bookings, and attaching important documentation.



  1. Calendar Overview

    • Accessing the Calendar from the left hand side menu. 

    • Maintenance items and amenity bookings are visible.

    • Ability to set up reminders.

  2. Filtering and Viewing Options

    • Filtering options available to view specific events.

    • Ability to change views to see daily or weekly schedules.

  3. Interactive Features

    • Clicking on events to view details, ability to attach documents, invoices and add comments. 

    • Updating event status and moving events around by drag and drop.

  4. Managing Amenity Bookings

    • Approving or rejecting resident amenity booking requests.

    • Uploading documentation like invoices for completed tasks.

  5. Linking to Budgets

    • Adding invoice details such as number, amount, and contractor.

    • Linking invoices to budgets if applicable.

  6. Saving and Notifying

    • Saving changes made to events or bookings.

    • Notification icons for attached invoices.
