Visitor Parking allows you to organise and manage visitor parking within your building by setting up parking zones and individual parking spaces. It also supports optional settings such as disabled parking, time restrictions, and auto-approval, giving you greater control over how visitor parking is allocated and managed.
How to Setup Visitor Parking
Step-by-step Walkthrough
Step 1: Click Community
Step 2: Go to Visitor Parking
Step 3: Open the Settings Menu 
next to New Booking
Step 4: Create a parking zone by selecting + Parking Zone.
Step 5: Write the name of the Parking Zone > Save or Save & Add Another to create multiple parking zones
Step 6: Click Add Parking Space
🗒️From here, you can turn disabled parking on, as well as time restrictions with the respective toggles
Step 7: Fill in the name of the Parking Space > Save
💡You can turn Auto Approve on under Advanced Settings to skip the manual approval process.
