Accessing the Company Portal
You must be setup as an Admin User to access the Company Portal. As an Admin User, you will then be able to assign other Users to Buildings, and set up additional permission levels.
To access the Company Portal, please select your profile name in the top right corner, and then select Switch to Company Portal.

Creating a New User
- To create a New User, select Users from the menu and then click on New User in the top right corner.

- Fill in your New User details, and then select the Type of Role.
- Admin: this will allow the User to switch and view the Company Portal
- Standard: this will limit the user to view the Building Portal only
- NOTE: we recommend using an email for Username for ease of use.

- Select the checkbox next to the Associated Building(s) below to assign where the User can access.
- Note: be cautious when assigning permissions to prevent unauthorised access or data loss

- To set further permission levels within the Building, scroll to Permissions and under Select Buildings, choose an option in the dropdown list to adjust for either all your Buildings or one at a time.
Here you'll be able to set the Display, Read, Edit or Delete permissions for your User, which can be toggled on/off for individual needs.

- You can use the green Toggle ALL function under each permission to bulk apply this for your User. e.g. you can allow your User to Edit within the Building Portal, but not Delete anything.

- Scroll back to the top of the page, and select Create to set up this New User. You will receive a pop up to confirm this was completed successfully

- The User will receive an email immediately with login details and the link to set up a Password.
- Note: this link expires within 48 hours.


Checking User Login
- From the main Users screen, you can check to see if your New User has logged in by checking their Last Login date, and if their Status has changed from Yellow to Green.

Editing a User
- From the Users screen, click on the User's name to enter into the individual User profile. You can use the Search bar if this is a long list.

- To Edit any details, Buildings or Permissions - click on Edit in the top right corner. You can also Reset MFA and Password from here, or you can also do this from the main Users screen.

- Click on Update in the top right corner to save these changes.
- You can also update Individual and Bulk User information from the Users screen by using the Checkbox options. Click on as many Users as you need to set the User(s) as Active, Inactive, Reset MFA, Resend Invite or Delete User.

Select Security from the menu

Toggle Email Verification to turn it on, then select Enable from the right to allow verification emails to be received.
