Inviting Residents to the Platform
Click on manage user accounts.
View tabs for inactive, invited, and active residents.
Inactive: Uploaded but not invited.
Invited: Sent invite link but not logged in.
Active: Logged in at least once.
Bulk Inviting Residents
Select inactive residents.
Can show up to 1,000 residents at a time.
Click to invite users and send email invite links.
Monitoring Resident Usage
Access resident usage report.
View last login and frequency of logins.
Understand how often residents are using the platform.
