2.2.1 How can I post an announcement to the community portal?
1. Click the (red and round) community button at the top menu bar. The community dashboard will open. The ‘Urgent Announcements’ section is open by default.

3. Insert the ‘Start Date’ and ‘Expiry Date’ for your announcement. Also add a subject and description.

2.2.2 How can I edit an existing announcement?
1. Click the (red and round) community button at the top menu bar. The community dashboard will open. The ‘Urgent Announcements’ section is open by default.
2. Find the announcement you are looking to change and click on its corresponding settings (gear) icon. A dropdown menu will open. Select Edit menu item.
3. A dialog will open showing existing announcement details.
4. After making desired changes, press Save.
2.2.3 How can I remove an announcement from the community portal?
1. Click the (red and round) community button at the top menu bar. The community dashboard will open.
2. The ‘Urgent Announcements’ section is open by default. All announcements have a toggle button at the right end. For active announcements, this button should be blue in color with a triangular ‘play’ symbol.
3. Find the announcement you wish to remove. Click on the toggle button at its right end. The button will turn grey with a ‘Pause’ icon. This is an indication of an inactive announcement.
5. If you want to permanently remove an announcement, click on its corresponding settings (gear) icon. A dropdown menu will open. Select Delete menu item.
6. A dialog will open asking for confirmation. Press OK to finish.
