Apartments or lots are the essential building blocks of a property. Data of owners and occupants is organised per lot and any resident requests are also tracked to their respective apartments/lots.1.1.1 Introduction – Why should you have apartments?
1. Click on the Building menu item on the left.1.1.2 How to add an apartment?
2. Several tiles would appear on the screen showing different building modules. Click on Apartments to view existing apartments. Vacant apartments are show in grey while others are shown in green color.
3. Click New Apartment. A drop down menu will appear.
4. Enter the new apartment number or name. Press Check and Add.
5. You cannot have two apartments with the same name or number in a building. If the apartment number/name doesn’t already exist, it will be added to the existing collection and displayed on screen.
6. Note: If you are setting up your building and entering your data for the first time, contact MYBOS Support to discuss batch upload of apartments.

2. Several tiles would appear on the screen showing different building modules. Click on Apartments to view existing apartments. Vacant apartments are show in grey while others are shown in green color.
3. Find your desired apartment by typing the apartment number or name in the search box at the top right. Alternatively, you can scroll through pages using navigation at the bottom to find the apartment you are looking for.
4. Click on the gear icon in the right corner of the apartment you wish to edit.
5. A drop down menu will appear. Click Rename, edit the name inline and press Save (disc) icon in the top right corner of the apartment tile to finish.
1.1.4 How to delete an apartment?
1. Click on the Building menu item
on the left.

existing apartments. Vacant apartments are show in grey while others are shown

3. Find your desired apartment by
typing the apartment number or name in the search box at the top right.
Alternatively, you can scroll through pages using navigation at the bottom to
find the apartment you are looking for.
4. Click on the gear icon in the
right corner of the apartment you wish to remove.
5. A drop down menu will appear.
Click Remove.
6. A confirmation dialog will
appear. Press OK to finish.
7. Note: Removing an apartment is
hardly required. It archives the respective residents’ information and extreme
care is advised.
