Wiki
The Wiki is your building's knowledge base. a central place to store manuals, procedures, and reference information that helps your team understand and operate the building.
Wiki vs Library: What's the Difference?
MYBOS has two spaces for storing building information. Knowing which to use can help keep everything organised.
📖 Wiki
"How things work" — knowledge your team reads and references regularly.
Equipment manuals · Emergency procedures · Contractor instructions · Building specifications · Operating guides
🗂 Library
"Proof things happened" — records you file and retrieve when needed.
Invoices · Contracts · AGM minutes · Inspection reports · Insurance policies · Compliance certificates
💡 A simple rule
If someone new to the building needs to understand how something works, it belongs in the Wiki. If it's a record of something that was agreed, paid, inspected, or decided, it belongs in the Library.
What you can store in the Wiki
Each Wiki entry can hold everything your team needs to understand and reference a topic.

A title and summary explaining what the entry covers.
Folders
