Voting Panel

The voting panel feature centralises the voting process, provides clear visibility of open and closed polls, and supports transparent decision-making across your building with full customisation features for Building Managers.

Viewing Voting Polls

Step 1: Click on Building in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Select Voting Panel.

In the voting panel window, you will see two tabs:

Open: Lists all currently open polls.
Closed: Lists all completed polls.

Creating a Poll in the Voting Panel

Step 1: Click on the New button at the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Select the type of Poll

General Poll
Case-Related Poll

Step 3: Fill in the relevant details of the Poll i.e. Subject and Description

Step 4: Create Options for responders to select, you can also attach photos to the option by clicking

❗If you need to remove an option, click on the rubbish bin icon next to the option

Step 5: Choose who will vote on the poll:

- By default, strata committee members are selected.
- Expand the options to select all residents or specific individuals.

❗Only people who have registered an account (either building manager or resident) with MYBOS will appear in the voting section and have access to the Poll.

Step 6: Add a photo by clicking the + icon on the right hand side.

Step 6: Activate the Poll by pressing Confirm

Editing the Poll

Step 1: Click on the Poll

Step 2: Click the three dots in the right hand corner > Edit

Step 3: Make edits > Click Update to save.

How do I notify recipients?

You do not need to notify recipients of the Poll. They will receive an email and notification in the MYBOS App that a Poll has been created.
