Building Managers can use Electronic Signature Pads to streamline parcel collection and key management. Residents and Tenants can sign directly onto a tablet or connected USB signature pad when marking items as collected or signing keys in/out, which provides a secure digital audit trail within MYBOS.

How to Connect
- Download the SigWeb installer from here: https://topazsystems.com/sdks/sigweb.html
- Note: This will only work on a Windows device (no shared desktop environments), and you will need to have Administration access to your computer
- Please select model T-LBK460, HSB-R
- Once the software has been installed, you can plug in your Topaz Signature Pad into your computer, and test the connection via the demo environment provided by Topaz
- Please download the browser extension by either searching through the store, or by typing "topaz sigplus lite browser extension".
- Note: This will only work on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
- Once the extension has been installed, navigate to MYBOS, and Allow the extension to make changes to either the page or all sites.
- If this setting doesn't appear automatically, give the page a refresh

- Test this out in MYBOS by trying to sign out a key or a parcel, and scribble on the pad connected to the computer.
