The shift log is a key feature for documenting and organising daily building operations. It functions as a central digital record for your team, including Concierge, Security, Building and Facility Managers, and other building management staff.
How to Create a Shift Log Entry
Step by Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Select Shift Log from the navigation bar
Step 2: Start typing in the entry box to begin a new log
💡 We recommend creating a separate entry for each timestamp or event, as other building managers can respond to individual entries. This approach enables team members to follow up on specific items and allows you to record notes when an action has been taken or a task has been completed.
Step 3: Click Add Entry to submit the log
🗒️ Entries can also be associated with apartments by selecting the Apartment drop down.
To edit an entry:
Step 1: Click the three dots on the right of the log > Click Edit Entry / Delete / Insert File or Photo
❗ Deleting an entry does not make it disappear completely, it will appear with a strikethrough saying "deleted"
