2. Accessing Settings

  • Navigate to the Settings section in the left pane.

3. Updating the Logo

  • Tabs Available: Dashboard, Work Order, Inspection Management Report, and Image.

  • Steps:

    • Click on the camera icon to update the logo.

    • Drag and drop or select an image from the file explorer.

    • Click Save after selecting the photo.

4. Work Order Settings

  • Enable/Disable Work Order Terms:

    • Toggle the option to show or hide the work order terms and conditions.

    • Update the text as needed and click Save.

5. Parcel Settings

  • Overdue Parcel Days:

    • Set the overdue days for parcels (options: 1, 3, or 5 days).

  • Parcel Message:

    • Edit the message that will be sent to residents when issuing a parcel.

    • Click Save after making changes.

  • Select First Resident as Recipient:

    • Option to choose yes or no.

  • Adding Categories:

    • Click to add categories with name and description, then click Add.

6. Asset Management

  • Categories:

    • View existing categories and add subcategories if needed.

    • Input name, select the main category, provide a description, and click Save.

7. Case Management

  • Creating Cases:

    • Click to share or create a new case.

    • Manage case status and types.

8. Email and Template Options
