Is your building changing management?

If your building is changing Managers, you will need to submit a Building Transfer Request. Find out more below. 

If you're building is changing Building Managers you may need to change access settings in MYBOS to grant the new Building Manager's access. 

If your building is changing Building Managers, you may need to update the access settings in MYBOS to grant the new Building Manager access to the appropriate building information and functionality.

We require important information to ensure we correctly review and remove any access no longer required by the outgoing Building Manager to help maintain account security and ensure permissions remain accurate within the appropriate timeframe.

NOTE: You can also make these changes yourself within the Company Portal by Managing Users.
