Understanding the Calendar

Overview of the Calendar
- Shows reminders, maintenance schedule events, and amenity bookings.
- Select Calendar from the left hand side panel.
Color Coding in the Calendar
- Different colors for different types of events and tasks.
- For Maintenance Schedule Events:
  - Green is for completed.
  - Red for failed.
  - Blue for pending.
- For Amenity Bookings:
  - Green is for approved.
  - Red is for rejected.
  - Orange is for pending.
Types of Events in the Calendar
- Maintenance schedule events with statuses: pending, failed, completed.
- Amenity bookings with statuses: approved, rejected, no response.
- Reminders can also be created/shown in the calendar.
Filtering and Viewing Options
- Ability to filter based on status.
- Option to hide events, bookings or reminders for a clearer view.
- Change view to see events by day, week or month.
Specific Features
- Gantt chart view of maintenance scheduled items and status, through Maintenance Schedule, it is exported to excel.
- Option to view uploaded documents, invoices, and comments related to maintenance events.

In this video, we demonstrate the various features of the calendar in MYBOS. We showcase how to view upcoming maintenance schedule events, amenity bookings and reminders. We explain the color coding system for different statuses like pending, failed, and completed tasks.
