Understanding Reports in MYBOS
- Management Report
- Overview of building data
- Useful for committees or body corporates
- Includes cases, maintenance scheduled events, graphs
- Filtering options available (date range, open cases, case types, statuses, etc.)
- Can be generated in PDF, Word, or Excel format
- Includes company logo, building details, breakdown by case types, scheduled maintenance, case summary graph
- Time Machine Report
- Export option only in Excel
- Useful for overall view of work done by contractors or to run a report for a particular apartment or asset
- Can include maintenance schedule events
- Provides summary with links to invoices, photos
- Invoice Approval Report
- Helpful for tracking invoices
- Can be exported to Excel
- Includes amounts, budget codes, links to invoices, inventory amounts (this isn’t included in the Management Report or Time Machine
- Budget Section
- Track budget and expenditure
- Export to Excel for tracking budget performance
- Customization Options
