Understanding Budgets
In this video, we walk you through accessing and managing budgets in MYBOS. You can set up budget account codes, allocate invoices, and track remaining budget amounts. I demonstrate how to archive old account codes, export data to Excel, and preview invoices. Take note of the detailed breakdowns and editing options available for efficient budget management.

Accessing Budgets: - 
Navigate to the building section on the left-hand side panel.

Click on "Budget" to open up the breakdown of budgets.

Managing Budgets: - 
Utilise the "Active" and "Archive" sections to manage old account codes. 
- 
Export data to Excel by selecting items and clicking on the export option. 
- 
Edit individual account code information if needed.

Viewing Details: - 
Click on a specific budget account code to view a breakdown of invoices. 
- 
Select a particular invoice to view case details and allocated invoices. 
- 
Download and preview invoices for reference.

Tracking Progress: - 
Monitor budget status to ensure expenses are within budget limits. 
- 
Use the export to Excel feature to generate reports on budget spending, amounts, and remaining balances.

Additional Features: - 
Enable edit when in the excel version of the report to click on an invoice preview copies of invoices for reference.
