Resident App - Submitting a Maintenance Request 

Residents can submit a maintenance request in the MYBOS Resident App

Use the MYBOS Resident App  to report maintenance issues within your building or lot. Once submitted, the request is sent to the Building Manager for review and further action.

Submitting a Maintenance Request in the app 

Step 1: Open the MYBOS resident app > go to Maintenance Requests

Step 2: Select New > choose the appropriate Category

Step 3: Add a description of the issue. Include as much detail as possible possible to assist the Building Manager.

Step 4: Add a photo (optional)

Step 5: Press Submit

🗒️ Once submitted, the Building Manager will review your maintenance request in MYBOS. You will receive updates on the status of your request through both MYBOS and email notifications.
