How it works
From arrival to collection in four steps.
Parcel arrives — log it in MYBOS
Select the apartment, parcel type, and storage location. Add a photo and optionally scan a barcode if you have the scanner add-on.
Resident is notified automatically
An email or SMS is sent on save. Overdue reminders fire automatically based on your configured rules.
Resident collects — verify ID and capture signature
Select the resident, confirm ID, and capture their signature on screen or via USB signature pad.
Mark as collected
Click "Collected" to move the parcel to the collected archive — keeping your records clean and searchable.
