1. Access Maintenance Requests 0:01

Open the MYBOS resident app.

Locate the 'Maintenance Requests' option on the dashboard.

Tap on 'Maintenance Requests'.

In the Maintenance Request screen, tap on the 'New' button located at the top right-hand side.

Choose the type of maintenance issue you want to report (e.g., Electrical).

Tap on the 'Next' button at the bottom of the screen.
