Meters

Meters let you record and track the gas, electricity and water used in your building. MYBOS works out how much was used between readings and can show your consumption on a graph, so you can spot unusual usage and keep accurate records for apartments and common areas.

To access this area, open your Manager Web Portal and click on Building ➔ Meters.

The page lists every meter in the building with these columns:

Name

What it shows

Meter Type

Gas, Electric or Water

Meter Number

The number or name of the meter

Location

Where the meter is, such as Level 1 or Pool Room

Last Reading

The most recent reading recorded

Area

The apartment the meter belongs to, or Common Area

Use Search to find a meter, and click the meter number to open its readings.
