Setting Up and Managing Building Utility Meters
Objective:
To effectively set up and manage utility meters for tracking utilities consumption in a building, including electrical, gas, and water usage in both apartments and common areas.
Key Steps:

Accessing the Module:

Log in and select the building from the left-hand menu.

Click on "Meters" to view all meters within the property.

Creating a New Meter:

Click on "New Meter."
-
Choose whether the meter is for an apartment or a common area.

Enter the meter type, number, and location.
-
Click "Save" to create the new meter.

Adding a New Meter Reading:

Select the meter for which you want to add a reading.
-
Click on "New Reading."

Enter the date, reading number, and any comments.

Click "Save" to add the new reading.

Viewing Meter Usage:

Select the meter to view its readings.

Check the date of the reading, meter reading number, usage, and any comments.

Exporting Meter Readings:

Select the meter for which you want to export readings.

Check the checkbox next to the date to select all readings.

Export the readings for the meter into Excel.

Graph Option:

Use the graph option to view readings by date range.

Print out the graph by selecting the print button.
