How to Use Voting Panel 

Learn how to vote in a MYBOS voting poll by opening the Voting Panel in the MYBOS Resident App or Building Manager Portal, reviewing the active poll details and submitting your selected option.

 As a resident, the Voting Panel makes it easy to view active polls, submit your vote and stay informed, supporting transparent communication and clearer decision-making within your building community.

How to Use the Voting Panel 

 

Step by Step Walkthrough

Step 1: When a Building Manager creates a Voting Poll, you will be notified by email and push notification. 

❗To receive push notifications, you will need to have the MYBOS Resident App installed and have push notifications turned on.

Step 2: Navigate to the MYBOS Building Manager Portal and click the Voting Panel feature in the left side menu. 

Step 3: Any currently occurring Voting Polls will be in this menu. Click the Voting Poll to open more information about the specific poll. 

Step 4: All information will be inside of the Voting Poll for you to review. To submit your vote, click the desired option and press "Submit"

Step 5: You will receive a pop up letting you know the vote was posted. 

You can return to the voting panel menu at any time to view the details of the voting poll.
