MYBOS enables you to set up and manage apartment keys for residents and building managers in one place. This feature allows you to record each apartment key, see who it is assigned to, and sign keys out to contractors whenever required.
How to Set Up Apartment Keys
Step by Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Go to Building Manager Portal > Keys
Step 2: Select the Apartment to associate a key > Click Add New Key.
Step 3: Add Key ID > Select Key Type > Select Key Location > Add Key to finalise.
📒 Assigning the key location to a resident will put the key under the "Other Keys" menu. Assigning the key location to Concierge or Building Manager will allow the apartment key to be signed out to contractors.
