How to Reset or Change Your Password

If you have forgotten your password for MYBOS, you can reset it directly from the website or the MYBOS Resident App and MYBOS BM App.

Follow these simple steps to reset your MYBOS password from the website or app and get back into your account quickly.

How to Reset your Password from the Website

Step 1: From the login page (https://app.v4.mybos.com/) select the "Forgot Password" button. 
 
 
 
Step 2: You will be prompted to put in either your username or email address. After filling in your details, select Send Request to submit. 
 
 
 
  
Step 3: If the email address is correct, you will receive an email from MYBOS with a link to reset your password. Click the link to reset your password.

 📲 Resetting your password from the app
Using the BM App or Resident App instead of the web portal? Both apps share the same login screen — just tap Forgot password, enter your email, and select Submit. You'll get a reset email at that address.
