To reset the username and password of your residents, simply go to the RESIDENTS tab in the left hand menu and search for the resident profile and select the resident:
The apartment details will open up and you will need to click on the resident name again and a pop up window will appear, click on the Pencil icon to edit:
Scroll to the bottom section of the pop up window to edit the resident login details. You can manually type in your prefered username/password or simply click on the Generate buttons and the system will provide an alphanumeric username and password.
You can automatically send these new logins to the resident via email by clicking on the Checkbox that says "Notify resident by email" before hitting the Save button.
