How to Merge Contractors into the Company Portal and manage the across your portfolio
1. Verify Admin User Status 0:13

Check if you are an admin user by clicking the menu next to your username.

Select 'Switch to Company Portal'.

If you are not an admin but believe you should be, contact support.
2. Access Contractor Information 0:30

Navigate to the buildings in your portfolio (e.g., Summit Apartments and Ozone).

Click on 'Contractors' to view existing contractors (e.g., Abco Locksmith).
3. Identify Duplicate Contractors 1:12

Review the details of contractors across different buildings.

Note any differences in names, contact details, and documents.
4. Switch to Company Portal 1:41

Click 'Switch to Company Portal' for a company-level overview of all buildings.

Click on 'Contractors' to see a list of all contractors managed under your portfolio.

Choose the contractors you want to merge (e.g., two instances of Abbco Locksmith).

A new menu item for 'Merge' will activate.

Select the primary contractor to merge into (e.g., Summit Apartments version of Abbco Locksmith).
