Logging a Parcel

Click on the parcel section in the left-hand navigation.

Add a parcel by selecting the receiving staff member, notification method (email/SMS), and apartment number.

View and customise the notification message.

Enter parcel details like ID, type, location, room, and recipient.

Save the parcel to send out the notification to the resident.

Managing Parcels

Filter the parcel list by dates or search for specific information.

Clear filters by typing the apartment number.

Toggle columns and view filtered sections for collected and deleted parcels.

You can find additional filters and options available in the pending parcels section.

Additional Actions

Export parcel list to Excel, print it, or delete parcels if needed.

Resend notifications to residents who still need to collect their parcels.

Marking a Parcel as Collected

When a resident collects a parcel, click on their name in the system.

Verify ID, leave notes, and have the resident sign for the parcel.

Use a tablet or a USB signature pad for the signature.

Click on "collected" to mark the parcel as collected and move it to the collected parcels section.
