How to create a QR code for residents to register contact information

This tutorial will assist you in launching your Resident Portal that will allow your building occupants to engage with you.

You can invite the new residents in your building to sign up on MYBOS by providing them with the QR code and login details to your Registration Portal.

To get started, click on the Community button on the top menu and select Community Settings:

1. Click the Download button to get a copy of the template.

2. Set the username and password for your Registration Portal by clicking on the Edit button:


3. Open the downloaded file and Copy and Paste your Username and Password into the document:

4. After saving, you may now print this document and post in your common areas (i.e. Lifts, lounges, etc) or display this on your lobby screens so the residents can scan the QR code and register using the login details.

5. Once the residents have successfully registered on the portal, you may approve/reject the submissions in the BM portal's dashboard through the Items Requiring Action.
