From the BM Portal, select **Cases** from the menu 2. Ensure you have selected a suitable **number of entries** from the bottom left for all your Cases. This will create a CSV download of all Cases 5. From the BM Portal, select **Residents** from the menu 2. This will create a CSV download of all Residents 5. Repeat this process based on any Resident grouping that has been set up to have individual CSV files.     ### How to Export Assets 1. From the BM Portal, select **Building** from the menu -\> **Assets** 2. This will create a CSV download of your Asset Register     ### How to Export Preventative Maintenance Schedule 1. From the BM Portal, select **Maintenance Schedule** from the menu 2. This will create a CSV download for your Maintenance Schedule 5. Repeat this process for Completed Maintenance Events, so you have retain this history. 6. From the BM Portal, select **Contractors** from the menu 2. This will create a CSV download of your Contractors 5. You can repeat this process for all the tabs listed in Contractors   ### How to Export Documents 1. From the BM Portal, select **Building -\> Library** from the menu 2. Click on the **Select All checkbox** to mark all the folders built in your Library. This will download in a folder for you, which will either open automatically on your computer or you can click on the downloads button on your browser to open up this folder. 4. Please repeat this process for **Community -\> Documents & Forms** ### How to Export Invoices 1. From the BM Portal, select **Building -\> Invoice Approval** from the menu 2. Go to the Approval tab, and ensure you have selected a suitable **number of entries** from the bottom left for all Invoices 3. Click on the **Select All checkbox** to mark all the Invoices. This will create an Excel download of your Approved Invoices 5. Repeat this process for any Pending Invoices.   ### How to Export On-Site Check In 1. From the BM Portal, select **On-Site Check In** from the menu 2. Go to the All tab, and ensure you have selected a suitable **number of entries** from the bottom left for all logs 3. Click on the **Select All checkbox** to mark all the logs. This will create an Excel download of your On-Site Check In logs   ### How to Export Inspections 1. From the BM Portal, select **Building -\> Inspections** from the menu 2. Go to the Completed Inspections tab, and ensure you have selected a suitable **number of entries** from the bottom left for all entries 3. Click on the **Select All checkbox** to mark all the completed Inspections. This will create an Excel download of your completed Inspections. You can also export this out in individual PDFs or Excel which will download in a zip folder. 5.
