Dashboard Overview

In this video, we walk you through the dashboard interface, showcasing its interactive features and functionalities. The dashboard provides an overview of building activities, including pending maintenance requests, contact numbers, maintenance event schedules, work orders, case graphs, and management reports. We demonstrate how to navigate through different sections, add notes, and access important information efficiently. 

 

Understanding the Dashboard Features

  1. Items Requiring Action

    • Shows overdue tasks or requests from residents.

    • Interactive for easy access, select a heading and it will take you through to view more information.

  2. Important Contact Numbers

    • Add and save contact numbers for the building.

    • Edit or delete contacts as needed.

  3. Calendar

    • Displays events with different colours for:

      • Maintenance - appears blue. 

      • Amenity Bookings - appear orange.

      • Reminders - appear purple.
    • Click on and item for more details.

  4. Work Orders

    • View sent work orders and details.

  5. Cases Graphs

    • Hover to see different case types and percentages.

    • To change the filter select the down arrow to view: 

      • Today
      • Weekly
      • Monthly
      • 3 Months
      • 6 Months 
      • 12 Months
  6. Building Summary

    • Lists the number of residents, assets, contractors, work orders, and active cases.

    • Click on each category to view more information.

  7. Management Reports

    • Access previous reports quickly without having to re-run.

  8. Notepad

    • Add notes or reminders for quick reference.

    • All users with access can view these notes.

  9. Activity Log

    • Tracks resident logins and updates from building management.

    • Order of sections can be edited based on preference.
