Configuring Resident Access on the MYBOS Platform

In this video, we demonstrate how to configure resident access on the platform by managing user accounts and toggling features on and off. We explain the different states of residents - inactive, invited, and active - and how to invite residents to the platform efficiently.

 
  1. Accessing Community Settings

    • Click on the community tab at the top of the platform.

    • Access community settings to configure resident access.

  2. Configuring Resident Portal and Mobile App

    • Toggle on/off features for resident access.

    • View number of active and inactive residents.

  3. Activating/Deactivating Resident Portal and Mobile App

    • Use options at the top to control access.

  4. Inviting Residents to the Platform

    • Click on manage user accounts.

    • View tabs for inactive, invited, and active residents.

    • Inactive: Uploaded but not invited.

    • Invited: Sent invite link but not logged in.

    • Active: Logged in at least once.

  5. Bulk Inviting Residents

    • Select inactive residents.

    • Can show up to 1,000 residents at a time.

    • Click to invite users and send email invite links.

  6. Monitoring Resident Usage

    • Access resident usage report.

    • View last login and frequency of logins.

    • Understand how often residents are using the platform.
