This video guides you through configuring settings for the parcel management system in MYBOS.
Configuring Parcel Management Settings in MYBOS

Accessing Settings - 
Locate the settings function at the top of the interface.

Set rules for default parcel type, first resident as the recipient, overdue parcel days, and auto reminder frequency.

Parcel Settings Tab - 
Click on the parcel tab within settings to access similar configurations. 
- 
Adjust settings for several days overdue, select the first resident as the recipient, and update the default parcel message with the resident's name, ID, and type.

Parcel Categories - 
Define parcel categories such as dry cleaning, envelope, or parcel. 
- 
Edit the default parcel type or add new categories as needed.

Staff Notifications - 
Link parcel notifications to staff members responsible for receiving parcels.

You can access the staff listing in the building section to assign notification responsibilities.

Adding New Parcels - 
You can just navigate to the parcel section to add a new parcel. 
- 
Select a staff member from the staff list to assign responsibility. 
- 
Choose the email or SMS notification method and view the default message within the system.
